A letter verifying you are currently in good standing in the PharmD program, as generated by the office of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.

To facilitate your application to the UC PharmD-MPH Program, the PharmD-MPH Admissions Committee will access and review the letter of standing and essay you are submitting.
